Data Collected
The website fu2ion.art collects the following information through its contact form, all of which are mandatory for processing requests:

- Project type and associated message,
- Newsletter subscription (optional).

Data is processed exclusively by Joséphine Louis and Kim Departe.
It is securely stored on Google Workspace (Fu2ion Drive) and may be transferred outside the EU under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention Period
Data is kept for the duration necessary to manage client relations or until deletion is requested.
Newsletter subscriptions are retained until consent is withdrawn.
User Rights
In accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679), every individual has the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, object to, and port their personal data.
